Tested and approved to BSEN12566-3/A1:2009 all Ensign units provide treatment well within national consent requirements. Published test results of 11.5:19.2:8.4mg/ltr (BOD:suspended solids:ammonia), with influent concentrations on test higher than those chosen by most competitor plants, effectively equates to 97% pollutant removal.

Package Sewage Treatment Plants (PSTP's) are ideal when groundwater is vulnerable in its environment, drainage field percolation values are limiting, or direct discharge to watercourse or surface water sewer is the ideal method of discharge. This range effectively treats final effluent to relevant British and European Standards, meaning that it can be discharged back into the watercourse with national consent standards. The range of gravity or pumped outlets follows site requirements and contains 100% virgin resin (no chalk fillers).
The minimum design life of the tank structure is 25 years (both internally and externally). The compressor blower has a 2-year guarantee and the diffuser has a 5-year guarantee.
